Braiding the Sacred: a visit with seed keeper Angela
It was quite an honor last week to join James and Eve from the Northeast Seed Network on a visit to the Onondaga Nation Farm and their seed trust of corn varieties. They have put in a lot of work to gather the varieties and now engage their community to grow and ensure food security for many years. Theirs are native seeds that are the most resilient, and they grow the corn with no irrigation! Sharing some photos.
