Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary

How to Prepare:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Cut potatoes in half and toss in a bowl with 1-2 Tsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt, . tsp pepper, 3 cloves garlic (or 4 garlic scapes diced) 3-4 sprigs of cut up rosemary.\

  3. Spread potatoes onto baking sheet, and roast in oven for at least 1 hour until browned and crisp,
