Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary
How to Prepare:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut potatoes in half and toss in a bowl with 1-2 Tsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt, . tsp pepper, 3 cloves garlic (or 4 garlic scapes diced) 3-4 sprigs of cut up rosemary.\
