Swiss Chard Pesto!

This recipe is so delicious that we eat it on pasta, a dip for cucumbers or on chicken.


• 3 green onions diced, or 2 sliced shallots

• 1 bunch cilantro chopped

• 1 bunch swiss chard chopped

• slivered almonds

• 1/3 cup olive oil

• 1/3 cup grated cheese of choice

• salt and pepper to taste

How to Prepare: Mix everything together in a food processor. You may need to add olive oil for a smooth texture.

You can freeze any you don't use now in ice cube trays and take it out what ready.
